When you think of him as a family man, you’d think his family life would be pretty decent. Throughout his illustrious career, Owen Wilson has been with three women. In 2011, he was with Jade Duell. The relationship sadly only lasted for a year. They have a son together. In 2014, Owen Wilson and Caroline Lindqvist had a son. And finally, in 2018, Owen Wilson spent some time with Varunie Vongsvirates. She had a daughter with him and the couple isn’t together anymore.
Wilson regularly sees his two sons. Despite paying $25k a month in child support, he has never met his daughter.

The young girl was born in October 2019, though Vongsvirates filed a paternity petition in court in May 2018 while she was pregnant.
The courts ruled that it was time Owen Wilson started supporting the child once the results proved that he was the father. He is now paying his ex $25,000 per month for Layla’s care and expenses, and he has added her to his Screen Actors Guild medical insurance.
Moreover, he had to pay a one-time amount of $70,000, which was used to hire a night nurse, a labor coach, and his ex’s attorney.
Vongsvirates had full custody of her daughter, but she has stated that she still wishes to meet her father online. The former couple signed a contract promising not to slander each other online, in public interviews, or public.
According to The Daily Mail, when asked if she had a message for her ex, she said this:
“You should see your daughter, she’s incredible, you’re really missing out. She looks just like you.”
In her opinion, Layla deserves his time and attention just as much as his two kids, Ford and Finn. Let’s hope the actor will come around, and his little girl will not grow up feeling unloved by her father.
