On the heels of what has seemed like an unyielding wave of bad news for legendary R&B singer R.Kelly, comes the recent announcement that his fiance Joycelyn Savage (26) is expecting a buddle of joy.
Joycelyn made the revelation that she is expecting to give birth to Kelly’s fourth child on Friday in a new book that she just published on Amazon. Although the iconic crooner is currently serving out a 30-year prison sentence for sex trafficking and racketeering charges at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, Joycelyn stated that he was very pleased upon learning the good news, although the moment was bittersweet because it’s unlikely that he will be able to watch his unborn child grow up.
“Robert is extremely excited about the news that I’m having a baby and feels sad that Robert won’t be here with us,” Joycelyn wrote.
Joycelyn is best known for partaking in an interview with CBS This Morning (she was joined by another female who R. Kelly was in a relationship with at the same time) back in 2019 when she famously defended Kelly and claimed that her parents were trying to scam him out of money with their allegations.
